High diversity fragment datasets for proteomic studies

During my three-month stay at the Pharmacoinformatics Research Group at the University of Vienna, I was entrusted with this project. The datasets were requested from the renown CEMM Institute. I was able to directly communicate with the researchers at CEMM, which allowed a direct feedback loop in the creation of this datasets. I am very thankful for all the experience I gained during this time.

Highlights
• Developed a robust data science workflow (using KNIME) tailored to meet specific project requirements.
• Facilitated effective communication with clients, actively engaging in dialogue to understand their needs and adapting the workflow to meet their expectations.
• Results of the study were utilized at the CEMM Institute.
• A more detailed overview on the methods I used can be found in the attached report file.
